What the sidebar usually contains

Depending on your permissions and enabled features, the sidebar can include models, databases, boards, library resources, integrations, settings, and shared collaboration spaces.

Use it as a navigation map

The sidebar is not just a menu. It shows how the workspace is organized. If content is hard to find in the sidebar, the broader information architecture may need cleanup. If you know the item name, use search or command palette instead of drilling through every section manually.
