When to share a view
Share a view when people need:- a recurring review surface
- team-specific access to one slice of the source
- a reusable filtered definition for planning or data review
- a cleaner handoff than the full model or database
Private views are not yet supported
Oculon does not support private views yet. Treat saved views as team-facing assets, and create them when the definition is ready to be reused or reviewed by others.Review before you share
Before you share a view:- confirm the filters show only the intended content
- confirm the source model or database is current
- confirm the audience can access the source and any linked board context they need
- preview the view the way the audience will use it
