# Organize your workspace

Good workspace organization makes collaboration smoother and reduces duplicate content.

## Organize by team or workflow

Choose a structure that matches how people actually work. Some teams organize by business function. Others organize by process, such as planning, reporting, and administration.

## Keep names predictable

Use naming conventions that make content searchable. If people need tribal knowledge to find the current forecast model, the structure is too fragile.

## Clean up regularly

Archive old drafts, remove outdated favorites, and retire duplicate resources. The sidebar stays useful only if people trust what they see there.
